Neither player can activate monster effects in response to this effect's activation. If this card is sent to the GY, except from the Deck: You can send 1 card from your hand to the GY; send 1 card on the field to the GY. You can only use 1 "Wandering Titan of Tartarus" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
