If this card is Special Summoned: You can activate this effect; during your Main Phase this turn, you can Normal Summon 1 "Resonator" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set (you can only gain this effect once per turn). You can target any number of Tuners you control; their Levels become 1. You can only use each effect of "Darkness Resonator" once per turn.
